I currently: run the social media program, manage social marketplace operations, co-manage PPC, administer online customer support, and leverage SEO solutions as the e-Commerce Lead at Ace Ticket in Boston, MA.
I used to: edit, format, and publish service publications for an international automobile company. QA’ed and distributed live content for a network of 5,000 dealerships, as well as the monthly physical disc version of the software. Functioned as a contact point between QA team and management.
I studied at: Emmanuel College in Boston, with a major in Digital Media In Communication. I co-founded the school’s independent school news blog and radio station, as well as other social initiatives.
